These Terms of Use apply to your use of Receitas Boa (receitasboa.com, “the site”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What the site provides

The site publishes free guides and tutorials about scrapbooking and paper crafts for general information and personal enjoyment. It is a hobby craft site and does not provide professional advice of any kind. We work to keep the instructions clear and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every guide is free of errors or that you will get a particular result by following it.

Safety

Paper crafts are low-risk, but some projects on the site mention craft knives, paper trimmers, scissors, needles, piercing tools, adhesives and small parts. You are responsible for working safely and for deciding whether a project is suitable for you or for a child in your care.

  • Cutting tools. Cut on a mat, keep fingers behind the blade and replace dull blades. Follow the instructions supplied with your tools.
  • Materials. Read and follow the label of every adhesive, ink and paper you use. Products vary; test adhesives and inks on a scrap first.
  • Your photos. Nothing on the site should be read as a promise that a product or method will preserve a photograph for any length of time. Work with copies of irreplaceable pictures and keep the originals or digital backups.
  • Children. Children should be supervised by an adult, particularly for cutting, piercing and any step involving small parts such as brads and buttons.

Using our content

Unless stated otherwise, the text, illustrations and design of the site belong to Receitas Boa. You are welcome to:

  • read, print and use the guides for personal, classroom, library or other non-commercial purposes;
  • make pages and albums of your own, for yourself or for others, using the general ideas and techniques described here;
  • share a link to any page;
  • quote short passages with a clear credit and a link back to the original page.

Please do not republish whole articles or illustrations, sell them, or present them as your own work without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with how the site works, sending spam or unlawful content through the contact form, or copying the site in bulk by automated means beyond what is needed for normal search engine indexing.

If the site links to a third-party website, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content, availability or privacy practices.
